Sleep and its Effect on Consumers

Briefly explain why you are interested in studying your topic:  
I want to learn how the amount of sleep and quality of it can affect a person's life, including his life as a consumer.

The overall question I plan on answering by the end of the project:
How does sleep affect consumers?

Sub questions I will need to answer in order to answer the overall question:
  • How much sleep does a person need?
  • How much sleep does the average person get? 
  • What affects do different amounts of sleep have on a person? 
  • How do these affects alter their consumer behaviors?
